i am fascinated by the power of images and their ability to transport us to unguarded moments, places, emotions and senses. Great images tell stories and celebrate the connections between people in spite of today's high tech, fast paced world. They invite us to pause, reflect, give thanks.

i love and appreciate great design and enjoy interacting with people in honest, straightforward, often goofy ways. though fond of classic and traditional perspectives, I am excited most by modern, fresh, candid, even cheeky portraiture and the opportunities offered from a photojournalistic style.
